    YES, this is a cold sales email and you’re probably skeptical. But here’s a few things to show we can actually deliver results for you:


    - Your business is NOT too complicated for us. We work with medical device companies and other complex businesses and built a really strong process for how to learn any business.


    - If the person running your chat currently also has to respond to emails, answer phones, or do anything other than chat, the visitors experience on chat will be bad. For example, they probably respond slowly since they’re busy. Take a look at the “first response time” (it should be 4-6 seconds max).


    - If you think keeping live chat online only during business hours is good enough, you’re wrong. 30-50% of your website traffic comes outside of business hours, which is a lot of missed opportunities.
