Ladies, our women’s workout group will start in the Fellowship Hall on Sat mornings, excluding the 2nd Sat. reserved for T2W meetings. The name of the workout program is Accountability for Maintaining Physique - Fitness Ministry, or AMP-FM, and is open to women of all ages and fitness abilities. Teenage girls are also welcome. Our first session will be February 23 at 9:00 a.m. Bring a set of hand weights if you have them (3–10 lbs), a workout mat, and a water bottle.
