The name of the workout program is Accountability for Maintaining Physique - Fitness Ministry, or AMP-FM, and is open to women of all ages and fitness abilities. Teenage girls are also welcome. Bring a set of hand weights if you have them (3–10 lbs), a workout mat, and a water bottle. A short devotional and prayer time will follow the workout.
