Ladies, our Women’s Workout Group takes place in the Fellowship Hall on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m.
This time of fellowship is open to women of all ages and fitness abilities. Teenage girls are also welcome. Bring a set of hand weights if you have them (3–10 lbs), a workout mat, and a water bottle. A short devotional and prayer time will follow the workout.
