Ladies, our Women’s Workout Group takes place in the Fellowship Hall on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 6:30 p.m.
This time of fellowship is open to women of all ages and fitness abilities. Teenage girls are also welcome. Bring a set of hand weights if you have them (3–10 lbs), a workout mat, and a water bottle. A short devotional and prayer time will follow the workout.
Since this event will proceed each week based on the number of attendees that are able to join in, please contact Rachel Pratt at least one day prior to the event date you wish to attend (E.g. Monday prior to the Tuesday group; Wednesday before the Thursday group). If you are unable to RSVP 24 hours before, Rachel requests that you text or email her prior to arriving at the Fellowship Hall to confirm that the event is still proceeding as scheduled.
